This Privacy Policy explains how Forbis Productions, LLC d/b/a WhyILike ("WhyILike," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit shop.whyilike.co (the "Site"), purchase the 30-Day Patient Review System, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, business/practice name, and shipping address when you place an order; and any information you send us by email or phone.
  • Payment information. Card and billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Order & transaction data. Products purchased, amounts, and order history.
  • Usage & device data. IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Marketing & attribution data. UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers (for example, Meta's fbclid/_fbc/_fbp, and Google's gclid) used to measure and attribute advertising.

2. How we use information

  • To process and fulfill your order, ship your stand, and deliver your digital materials.
  • To contact you about your order, including collecting your logo and Google review link to brand your stand.
  • To send you service messages and, where permitted, marketing emails (you can opt out at any time).
  • To measure, attribute, and improve our advertising and the Site.
  • To detect fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies, pixels & advertising

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and optimize our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). These tools may collect your device and usage data and, for advertising attribution, hashed identifiers such as your email address. We may also use Google and other analytics or advertising technologies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization through your Meta ad preferences and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with:

  • Service providers who operate our business, including Stripe (payments), HighLevel / GoHighLevel (our CRM and email/SMS delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and our print/shipping partner (to produce and ship your stand).
  • Advertising & analytics partners, including Meta and Google, as described in Section 3.
  • Legal & safety recipients, where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer.

"Sharing" for targeted advertising. Our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered "sharing" or "selling" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You may opt out as described in Sections 3 and 5.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will verify your request as required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Site and our products are intended for businesses and individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
