These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase from shop.whyilike.co (the "Site"), operated by Forbis Productions, LLC d/b/a WhyILike ("WhyILike," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site and our products are intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You represent that you are purchasing for business use.

2. The products

We sell the 30-Day Patient Review System, which includes a physical front-desk review stand (single or multi-pack), a digital "Staff Training" kit and related materials, and an optional digital Bad-Review Rescue Kit. Product descriptions, features, and pricing are shown at checkout and may change at any time. We may correct errors and cancel or refuse any order.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; by submitting an order you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the order total, applicable taxes, and any shipping shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation.

4. One-click add-on (post-purchase offer)

After your initial purchase, we may present a one-time add-on offer (the Bad-Review Rescue Kit). If you choose to accept it, you authorize an additional, separate charge to the same payment method you just used, with no need to re-enter your card details. This add-on is optional; declining it does not affect your original order.

5. Shipping & digital delivery

Physical stands are shipped per our Shipping Policy. Because each stand is custom-branded for your practice, production begins after we receive your branding assets. Digital materials are delivered electronically, typically by email, after purchase.

6. Refunds

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. License to digital materials

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital kit, templates, scripts, and training materials for the internal operation of your own practice. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly share these materials. We retain all intellectual property rights in our products, content, and trademarks.

8. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

Our materials help your team ask patients for honest reviews. You are solely responsible for how you use them and for your own compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, HIPAA and patient-privacy rules, platform policies (such as Google's review policies), and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules. You agree to obtain any consents required before contacting your patients and not to incentivize, gate, filter, or solicit fake reviews.

9. No guarantee of results; testimonials

We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, search ranking, patient volume, or other result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including how consistently your team uses the system. Any testimonials, examples, or results shown (such as a practice going from 32 to 142 reviews) are individual experiences and are not typical; your results may vary.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not provide legal, medical, or compliance advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhyILike and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the products or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WhyILike harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the products or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, including how you contact your patients.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with a revised "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
