Refund Policy

This policy explains our refund and return terms for the 30-Day Patient Review System. It applies together with our Terms & Conditions. In short: because our stands are custom-printed for your practice and our kits are digital, all sales are final — but we always stand behind our work if something arrives wrong.
1. Custom stands are non-refundable
Each stand is printed specifically for your practice with your branding, which makes it a custom-made product. For that reason, stands are non-refundable and not eligible for return, except as described in Section 3 (damaged or defective items).
2. Digital materials are non-refundable
The digital Staff Training kit and the Bad-Review Rescue Kit are delivered immediately and provide access to proprietary materials. They are non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Damaged or defective stands
We want you to receive a stand you're proud to put on your front desk. If your stand arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you. This is our guarantee on the physical product.
4. How to reach us about an order
For a replacement or any question about your order, email [email protected] with your order number and a description (and a photo, for a damaged item). We will respond with next steps. Any approved credit is issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to post.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us first — we will work to make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
