1. Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
2. Branding intake & processing time
Each stand is custom-branded for your practice, so production starts after we receive your logo and Google review link. After we have your branding assets, stands typically ship within 5–10 business days. We will email you to collect your branding shortly after purchase.
3. Transit time & costs
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping is included in the listed price — there is no separate shipping charge at checkout.
4. Digital materials
Your digital Staff Training kit (and the Bad-Review Rescue Kit, if purchased) are delivered electronically by email after purchase — your team can start using them right away, before the stand arrives.
5. Address accuracy, lost & damaged shipments
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right per our Refund Policy.
